Use this checklist for lab articles, radar notes, source projects, and
curated reference notes.

## PR checklist

* The contribution type is explicit.
* The file or folder is in the correct path.
* The matching template or required structure was followed.
* The content is repo-native and not copied from upstream material.
* Citations or reference notes are present where needed.
* The contribution links back into the lab so it is discoverable.
* Status and maintenance expectations are clear.

## Reviewer rubric

### Placement

* Is this the right contribution type?
* Is it in the correct lane or contributor path?

### Completeness

* Are the required files or sections present?
* Does the artifact explain what it is for?

### Source boundary

* Is external influence cited without slipping into copy-paste?
* Are imported `references/` materials kept separate from contributor output?

### Integration

* Does the contribution connect to the rest of the repo through links?
* Is the change easy for the next contributor to understand and extend?

### Quality

* Is the writing clear and durable?
* If code exists, is the structure clean and scoped to the example?
